Ice cream cake is the best, because there is ice cream but there is also cake! How can you say no? Because Jordan S mentioned she likes ice cream cake and her birthday was coming up, Elyssa K and I thought it would be ideal to get one. Originally I thought of DQ since that's the only place I knew you could buy one, but Elyssa mentioned there was a Cold Stone near her work. The Midnight Delight sounded pretty good - chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache - so she put in an order, picked it up, and dropped it off at Pancho Villa's before we congregated there for food and drinks. Holy crap, it was delicious. The cake was moist without being too frozen, the ganache was rich and the ice cream was ice creamy, all without being cloyingly sweet. So amazing. While the ice cream seemed to melt really fast - not sure if the PV staff didn't properly store it or what - I would definitely get another ice cream cake from them again. Even though I think their ice cream is kind of gimmicky and overrated, two thumbs up for the ice cream cakes.

Sadly disappointed with this location as we've been here the last two times and the cashier (who I understand is training) is being left to try and figure out checking people out as the rest of the staff hides in the back. We've now waited 15 minutes to just check out...which at this point with our to go ice cream is melting. I really hope this location gets it together. Hesitant about even coming back since this seems to be a repeated issue.

Always love going there during Summer time! The thing I like most about Cold Stone is that you can mix your ice creams together and add all kinds of different topping ex: fruits, candies and nuts and mixed them together. Their ice cream is really creamy!

Most of the ice-creams and shakes here are way too sweet for me. I can never finish my smallest cup of ice-cream or my smallest-sized shake. However, I REALLY like their blue moon ice-cream. Though not as good as blue moon I used to have weekly from Babcock Hall Dairy Store at UW - Madison, blue moon here is still good. It's the only flavor I can finish in the smallest cup. It's the flavor that reminds me of my awesome good time at one of the greatest schools in one of the coolest towns.

You haven't lived until you've had a Cold Stone Cake! They don't even compare to any other ice cream cake I've ever had. Moist delicious cake is sandwiched between layers of delicious ice cream & toppings. YUM! And for all of you who think that a DQ Ice Cream "Cake" is the best, boy are you missing out! If you're not in the mood for one of their cakes, then they offer a wide variety of rich & creamy ice cream mixed in with any combination of toppings. This is the 1st place I go when I've got a craving for ice cream!

We showed up here at 10:45pm with a group of 8 (closing time is 11:00pm). They were more than willing to serve us, and invited us to stay as long as we needed; super friendly, helpful staff, and oh ya the ice cream was awesome too!
